the thing about dollar stores is that all of them are pretty much identical. if you've seen one, you've seen them all. however, there are a few taht stand out, and dollar city is not one of them.
it's packed to the gills with loads of cheap, tiny stuff. it's good for entertainment purposes and wasting money on cheap products, but for other things like scissors and party items. they do have soda machines in there, but i wouldn't trust getting any soda from there. other than that, it's a solid, dependable dollar store and i think it'll have all the items that you would expect.
