Baptist hospital needs lessons on compassion. This hospital staff has a rude condescending attitude. Left my elderly mother in law alone and afraid in a nearly empty ER room for over four hours. Contacted CEO Bo Boulengers office on several occasions. Never had the coutesy or professionalism to return one call or respond to certified mail. This hospital shoud be ashamed of itself. Nice way to run a faith based hospital.
