saw a car that looked a little too good to be true, called and got an appointment, got a confirmation email for the appointment that said
will expect me with the car ready for a test drive. arrived there on time, there was nobody waiting for us, the car wasn't there, hell, there wasn't even a receptionist. finally some other dealer (that already had customers) came and asked me if i've been helped and led me to someone else. who called the guy that was supposed to meet me in the first place and then said he'll be there in a few minutes, that he took the car "in the back". half an hour later, my wife and I sat down at an unoccupied desk and some older grumpy dealer came and said "would you please move, i've got some customers". first of all, there were other desks he could've used, second of all, we hung out for another 5-10 minutes there and he didn't have other customers, third, there was no "waiting area". And our guy never showed up, so we took off without seeing the car (which my wife thinks doesn't really exist) and swearing we'd never walk into this dealership again.
