I can walk to Bandido's on Hope Valley from my apartment, so I go there a lot! The salsa is very good (fresh and chunky), and I've never eaten a stale chip there! I've had better guacamole, but theirs is pretty good. I wouldn't order a whole side of it, but a dish that comes with it.
the service is fast and courteous.
My favorite items are the quesadillas and the huge burritos.
They have a burrito called "El Gigante"--if you eat it all, you get a t-shirt. I've never seen that t-shirt on anyone before, so it must be a monster.
