The good comments have to be faked. Be prepared for financial rip-off, add-ons costs for things you paid for already, no air filter on you new furance, no place to put one, pretty Fouled Up and shoddy work and missing features, and breakdowns, many leaks, many city write ups. And total nut job emotional raged person.
