Amy's Omelette House is run by the people who used to run Mariner's Cove in Brielle. That means the overstuffed menu is highlighted by a selection of more than 200 omelettes. Bring a big appetite and expect to bring home a doggy bag because you will not be able to finish the monster plate in front of you. The restaurant is reasonably big, so, while you'll wait when it's busy, you won't wait too long.
