We have had some problems with Charter. So much that we have actually cancelled our internet with them and gone with someone else. We were just having too many connection problems with them. In addition, we have recently been having problems with our cable. We are considering switching to satellite because of this. And when you need service, you typically have to wait a week or so if you only want a four hour window of them to come versus a full day.
