The car I rented was nice. However when I did my walk around the guy went out he said here is a scratch here is a dent now sign. I said I don't think so..... We need to do a more thorough walk through then that, if something is wrong with this car I have to pay for it. He acted like it was an inconvenience to have to walk around with me. Then when I dropped off the car he told me the same thing. I could leave the keys and not do a walk around and if something was wrong the would charge it to my insurance. I was not pleased with these people's customer service at all! more
