I absolutely hate this company. I had nothing but trouble with them the entire time I was using their Insurance coverage. I would constantly get bills for services that were covered on plan. My son had to wear a Cranial Helmet and the place they sent us to was just awful. The Product was really junk. They 'said" they contacted the store and basically told us that we were over reactive. The product kept falling apart. We complained to them so many times I lost count. We found another place that specialized in these helmets and contacted FHP but the said NOP we won't pay. You got one, we paid, You use it. They are horrible to deal with.
