Proper cuts is a very nice haircut Salon, Its small friendly and everyone is happy to make you look good. The owner is a nice lady and doesn't give you BullSh*t for your money. You get what you pay for and for $8 thats a great deal. I cannot forget this at all, The hair stylists are very very good, all are female so for a guy thats a good thing :)
