Good: Bright and clean facility, helpful staff, doctors that listen and communicate well without medical jargon. Prices are lower than many other places and we can walk in without making an appointment if it's urgent (though sometimes the wait can be long depending on what's ahead of us).
They're open on Sunday which really helped when our labrador got into the baking chocolate. I'm sure we would have had to spend $1,000 at an emergency clinic if Vetco hadn't been open.. Bad: We had to be referred to an eye doctor as they lacked the instrument to measure eye pressures. To be fair, our other vet doesn't have one either. Improvements: Longer evening hours. We both work and there have been times one of the dogs has been sick. Then it's "Is it serious enough to go to the emergency clinic or can it wait to morning?".
