Surrounded by big chains of bookstores for those that want an intimate atmosphere and support of local businesses Talking Leaves may be for you. Talking Leaves sells popular book titles as well as the less well known authors. What I liked about Talking Leaves is that it creates a place where people actually enjoy reading literary works and creative writing. The prices may be a tad expensive because they don't offer that much specials and sales like chains do, but that's how the local bookstores make money from. Also they bound notes and such.
