I really like this border b/c the people are so nice! The new cafe that opened up is wonderful, they always have samples and the places look likes a cafe where you can just sit and read. The intercom is rarely used and the music is low enough that won't bother you, but loud enough for you to enjoy.
There are leather couches all over the place and overall wonderful places to read and hang out.
