This post is to respond to the review ‘Not Coming Back’. We at Erik’s take customer service very seriously and took this complaint seriously. In the end we offered the customer a full refund and because his daughter had already used the snowboard we offered to let her keep it. The customer refused this offer and this is why we apologized and said there was nothing further we could do for him.
