The Loop, even though a pizza restaurant at inception, used to have the very best burgers in Jacksonville. Huge, juicy and perfectly grilled burgers on a thick, chewy egg bun.
On our last two trips to The Loop, our favorite burger was no more. The burger is still passable, but the quality and taste was lacking.
Over the last few years, The Loop has expanded their menu to include more salads and "California" style wraps. In their search for 'signature' items, I fear they have lost the faithful patrons of their delicious burgers.
The restaurants are fun, bright and eclectic in decoration. always clean, but walk up ordering.
A bit overpriced.
