I went in for highlights and they used a cap!! I haven't had anyone use a cap on me for highlights for probably ten years. Not only was it more uncomfortable than the more modern use of foils, but I was unhappy with the results as well. The employees were nice, but I thought that some of the younger girls were a little unprofessional in their dress and mannerisms.
It's a neat little salon though as far as the aesthetics.
