I just wrote a letter to the owner regarding the treatment of my friends and family when I bring them to this giftshop! I am appauled at the cold, rude and untrusting feeling that one staff member in particular gives off. I made my last visit into the store 1 week ago...thank you for posting your opinion...it was very validating!
