I bought a home (my first) and it had wood floors under all the colorful carpet the previous owners had. I decided to resurface the floors and have beautiful hardwood flooring throughout my house. I was excited, until I saw the finished pruduct. They left a mess when they were done that I had to clean up, and they didn't fill any of the nail holes (from the carpet?), so I had noticable holes in my floors! THE FLOORS LOOKED GREAT, other than the holes, but I shouldn't have to clean up! I paid around 700.00 for about 600 square feet, so you can get an idea on the cost of there service. I don't think they were that great because of there unprofessional attitudes. When I did call to complain, I was kinda just ignored, and no one ever called me back.
