Not much to say about the hotel. It's pretty much what you would expect from a high-rise Holiday Inn. Nice, but not too nice. Cheap, but not that cheap. It's a mid-range performer located on the strip of hotels (and strip clubs) near LAX. It underwent a renovation in 2000, so the lobby feels a little newish.
We were very pleased though talking with hotel staff, especially the event planners. They went out of their way to make our experience good, even though they weren't working with a full deck of amenities like they would at a Hilton or Ritz.
