Service getting better 1/31/2007

The service has gotten much better since the last time I was there ( http://www.judysbook.com/members/11971/posts/2006/12/499487/ ), but the store layout still sucks. Honestly, this *is* a kids store. People *will* be pushing strollers -- are they aware of that?! At any rate, I was just in the store (with the same friend and her toddler) a couple days ago and the women behind the counter were so much nicer. I actually bought stuff and the service was noticeably much better. I think they hired new people. I actually lost my cell phone in the store but didn't notice until we were leaving the mall (we were back in our cars). PBK was the first store I went to look for it, being that it was the first store I was in. Sure enough, they found my cell phone and actually locked it up behind the counter by the registers. The women were so nice and even swapped their own lost cell phone stories. Now if only they would hire more employees like these women for more coverage and make wider aisles, this would be a great place to shop. If you had the money, that is. more
