My mom did business with Cristy just a couple months ago when she bought her own place. The whole process was one headache after another for my mom. Just when we thought we were done hearing from Cristy, she called my mom sometime last month to ask her sign some more paperwork. Uh, say what?!
Apparently some figures didn't match up with the HUD statement and she wanted my mom to pre-date her signature on some papers. Can y'all say ILLEGAL? When my mom called Cristy a couple days after the 'request' and told her that she wasn't comfortable with doing that my mom was told, "Oh, don't worry, I don't need it anymore." Hmmm....
All I know is that this women does not seem on the up and up. IMHO I think she needs her license pulled.
