I go to Brookstone for one reason only, the salads. You have your choice of three different sizes, small regular and large. I believe both the regular and large salads also come with your choice of bagel.
From there, the possibilities are endless. The staff mixes your choice of ingredients ranging from beets to olives. They mix it with the dressing to get an even distribution so that you have it throughout the entire meal.
I have yet to try their sandwiches and breakfast items but from what I have seen they look like a quality choice.
