This bar is my hands-down favorite watering hole for getting together with friends after work. Although small, the beer selection is excellent with many selections from regional microbreweries available.
AND, they make the best deli sandwiches and veggie burgers- who would have guessed. I'm calling this a sports bar because it has a few t.v.s up in the corners, but primarily it's a cool, dark place to relax and share a beer and conversation with friends.
The place is totally kid-friendly because a) they have a kids' menu, b) kids love many of the adult entrees as well and c) if you have an active toddler, ask the person behind the counter for "the toy bucket". They keep a little bucket filled with Matchbox cars and Happy Meal-type toys to keep young kids entertained. All in all, highly recommended if you're not fussy about feng shui!.
