I worked with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing recently when I had a leak in my basement bathroom ceiling. Everything went fine. They found the leak and it turned out that it was the hose for my refrigerator's water. They replaced that with the correct hosing that should have been installed in the first place. I wasn't actually there when they did the work but they kept in contact with me throughout the appointment and most of the mess was cleaned up when I got home.
