Returning customer and needed an oil change. Went in at 9:30 on a Saturday and was told no can do. We aren't taking anymore oil chsnges. How about Tuesday first thing in the morning . I like most people work! This is how returning customers are treated. Pretty disappointed. Maybe think about allowing appointments instead of disappointing a customer.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. As you can understand, Saturday is our busiest day of the week. For over 41 years now, our family has been operating on a first come first served basis. We do this in order to service as many cars as we possibly can and to insure each vehicle gets the quality time that is required. We are very sorry to have inconvenienced you. If you're available in the mornings, we open at 7:30 am. That is the best time to come in for a quick oil change. You can always call us ahead of time to see if there is a wait time.
