Very professional staff. Everyone was so nice. The only complaint I have is with your finance policy. If the loan companies Fortiva or Comfort Care deny the patient request to cover some of the dental cost , why isn't there a payment plan in place by Aspen? If the patient has half of total cost, why can't that be applied and a monthly payment agreement offered as an option? Not everyone can pull $3,000 dollars out of their pockets on the day of service to get their teeth. Other than that Aspen is a great company to recommend to others.
