What a terrible provider. wait hours on the phone. Service, internet & TV always going off. Mom is 83 and all she likes is TV and games on the internet and that cannot happen, goes off every month. She has been trying for two days to get help, internet still off I tried on line chat still waiting for someone after an hour. If they are that busy you know they are lousy. Tech cannot fix fax line, was working with other provider, trying to call and cancel extra phone line cannot get through. Unhappy Customer!
