I found the staff to be very knowledgable, informative and helpful. From the dentist to the hygienist and the X-ray technician. However, the billing clerk I had that day was unprofessional and lacks good interpersonal skills with coworkers as well as patient/customer relationships. Perhaps some extra training in that area would help to improve the overall experience for others.
