My car quit on me and I thought it was a battery problem. Service department on a Saturday (busy day) got me right in, did diagnostic, which proved battery needed replacement. They performed the job and helped me with a connection problem with my iphone and reported that I had a bad USB part on the Kia. Recommended that instead of using the USB connection, I just stick with the cigarette lighter connection. Service individual went beyond his duties to help with this and his recommendation has proved to be successful. more
