Our primary interface was with Nick Roche. Nick was great to work with - very knowledgeable about the CX-5 in which we were interested – very professional and friendly demeanor - not pushy or overbearing. Good selection of inventory that helped us make a clear choice by comparison of different CX-5s on the lot. We did not want to spend a lot of time negotiating and Nick was receptive and responsive to that goal.
