I have no complaints with the service, I do however have to say that your waiting area leaves a lot to be desired. It feels old and worn out. You need to go over to Beaverton Toyota and observe what their waiting area looks like and offers. Also, your parts department needs an overhaul, the products on the shelves are less than desirable things feel out of order. You have a vending area that nobody was using and it didn't feel clean to me. Bottom line is the whole area needs an upgrade.
