The serviceman Metro Air Conditioning sent out was very good, he seemed knowledgeable and he really did good work with what they told him to use.
My issue was they took off a near 200 dollar thermostat unit and replaced it with what I found on Honeywell's website, which was like a 35 dollar thermostat. It wasn't the same size either so now I have two holes in the wall that are not covered up.
