So I'm house sitting for my best friend who is on a Western Caribbean Cruise. Four hours after she left for the cruise I wentt to the garage to get a soda and stepped on a sopping wet rug with bare feet. My first thought was "EW!" and then "OH NO!""\r

Upon closer inspection and creativity with my cell phone camera I found the leak. One of the copper pipes behind the water heater had cracked. With the help of a neighbor, we located and shut off the water into the house. Now I'm stuck with 2 teenagers, a dog, and a cat and no water which left us feeling quite grungy.\r

My first thought was Roto-Rooter because of hearing the commercials as I grew up. They didn't let me down. Service Technician, Paul Rayburn came to my rescue the next morning. Paul was a true professional and took great care to ease my concerns about the leak and praised me for catching it before any serious damage could be done.
