The only negative thing I have to say about Arrow Electric, Inc is that we did not get a call back for when they were going to show. They came well after the time frame they had set. He did call right before coming and he did let us know when he was coming late and asked us if that was okay. We agreed that that was fine. They put in a wall outlet in our garage. His work ethic was good and his expertise was good. He let us know about everything he was going to do and really tried to understand what we wanted. Everything was great and top of the line, other than the fact that we didn't get a call back sooner.
