Ft. Mitchell, KY - 2/23/15. Roto-Rooter sent 2 master plumbers out to work on a leak that was coming into the house from under our washer/dryer. Our situation was difficult since we live on a tiered lot and have a crawl space under the house instead of a basement so the plumbers needed to have special certification. The plumbers that came to our home were very knowledgeable, very customer friendly and were able to repair the leak promptly. They performed a thorough check in and under the house to be certain that everything was performing properly prior to leaving.
