I do not recommend cooper lake at all. It seems there always too busy to help you. I asked them to replace a starter for me and was told it would be 2 days for them to even look at my car. I asked why and they said there were cars ahead of me. Enough cars to for there be a 2 day delay? Bull. I saw very few cars at the front of the building. This was unacceptable. They also quoted an extremely high transmission fluid change which was also ridiculous. I went to another automotive shop a few miles away and got both done for less money than cooper lake quoted - starter and transmission fluid changed in 1 hour and 30 minutes! That's better than 2 days!!!! For these people making glowing reviews remember that there is a sign in there lobby giving automotive repair discounts for 5 star reviews on the net. So most of these glowing reviews are fake. Don't believe them
