No complaints on work performed, major complaint is how they handle appointments. If I make an appoint I expect to be serviced within 15 minutes, I understand things happen but nonetheless if an appointment is made for 9am I would expect to have the car in by 9:15. As usual I had a mire than 45 minute wait for my "appointment". Quite frankly I will give 1 more chance, in about 3 months if I have to wait yet again I will not return.
