Home Depot contacted Grayson Collin Appliance to repair an LG washing machine. On the morning they were scheduled to do the repair, they called to reconfirm the time and then asked what the problem was. I told them I kept getting an LE error code. They immediately said they had to order parts and it would be 3-11 days for the parts to come in. I told them I had given them the LE error code when they called me to set up the appointment and asked why the part wasn’t ordered then. No response. I had waited 9 days only to be told I would have to wait another 3-11+ days.\r
Thirteen days later they called me to come install the parts. At 12:30 PM they said they would come to my house between 3-6 PM. No one came and no one had the courtesy to call and let me know they weren’t coming. I called about 6:15 and all I got was a message saying they were closed and please call back the next day. I had now waited 22 days after the initial call for service.\r
