Used this cleaners for a few weeks, but then they stained one of my shirts. It all went down hill from there. I bought a new shirt (they only covered 1/2) and they were going to replace my patches and sew down my pockets like my original shirt was... After over a week, the shirt came back without being cleaned or starched (which I originally paid for) and then the pockets were all sewn crooked with funky stitching clearly visible. When I pointed it out the lady was just rude and nasty. It seems like every time you go into their shop the are rude and nasty... While the location was convenient to base, the service was ridiculous. I would recommend you avoid this place at all costs! They are just taking advantage of the base and the money they make from our Airman without providing ANY customer service. Steer clear of this place!
