My experience in working with Arctic Air Inc has been overall very positive and I have nothing bad to say about these guys. They are the utmost professionals in their service, always meet the price in the quote and I have always been happy with the result of any service they have performed. I love supporting small local business and there's a big difference when you call in to these guys and they know your name as opposed to using a more corporate service where there isn't that familiarity. I have been using there services for the past few years, mainly consisting of AC start ups and some minor plumbing work. They also changed a part out in my AC unit about 2 years ago and will continue to use them when needed. I highly recommend Arctic Air Inc to anybody else in the area looking for an AC unit servicing or need some household work done, these guys do a fantastic job and I am thoroughly happy with them.
