This business is unethical in it's practices. It way overcharges for it's services (simple tax returns) and then doesn't do what it says it will do. If you're considering using them, make sure you ask BEFORE you have the taxes done (what the total invoice will be) and get it in writing. I would go to anyone else before I'd use this firm again.
