My home technician is Eric and over the years he consistently wants to please me as a valued customer. There are times when we disagree or he does not have the answer, but he has always shown his willingness to pursue anything that I need additional help to resolve the matter. His job requires him to work outdoors and it not easy for him to have an appearance that does not show he is tired and dirty after working all day when I am usually one of his last customers at the end of a day. Regardless he does his best to show himself in the best way he can so his customers can see that he cares how his apprearance looks so he will also take the same careful steps to make sure the job that he does for me as a customer has his best effort.
