My co-workers and I ordered from Bottom Line via grubHub and expected less than an hour wait time. After 65 minutes, the food never arrived. I called Bottom Line to inquire as to the status and was informed to call grubHub directly because they use a third-party delivery service. Needless to say, we never received our food and were totally disappointed. I requested grubHub cancel my order and refund my corporate card, ASAP!!! Very bad experience seeing as the restaurant was not that far away.
