This is the most unprofessional place that I have ever been in , I went in for a hair cut, but came out with a BUTCHER , my hair dresser Ashley stayed on her phone taking calls and on her FACEBOOK page and talking to co-workers the whole time I was in this place, She then put me under the dryer for highlights and BURNED up my hair, She forgot about me, that explains why she BUTCHERD me, she was trying to cut out all the burned up ends. I ask for my money back but she refused. So the next time you need a hair cut you better think twice about her!!!! I was sooooooo upset , I will never get over this ! EVER!!!!
