So- I hired this company before and was happy with the service. I hired him to put in my patio and I have $2,962.50 out of pocket and no back patio. He took my money cashed the check and then the following happened:\r
1.) feb 24 start date: no show\r
2.) feb 25 text that he was sick an for sure he'd be at my house on feb 26th. Got home from a work trip feb 28th and he never came to my house. Contacted him - he will be at my house for sure on Monday.\r
3. March 3 - no show\r
4. March 4 - no show\r
5. March 5 - no show\r
You get the picture. I told him I wanted my money back.\r

Finally on March 12th he showed up at noon and told me he was changing the scope of the project significantly.\r
On March 13 I told him I did not want to use his services and I want a refund but I would pay him for the 4 hours he worked for me. He said he didn't know if he could return the materials to Lowes. So, I called Lowes to check and see and they said it would be no problem. I also told him I would be fine with him dropping off the supplies with the receipts since I want the job done anyway. Since then he has not responded to one of my emails or text messages.\r
So, I am now hiring a lawyer and doing what I can to prevent him from taking money from anyone else. Find someone else - this company is not worth your time or money.\r
Bottom Line don't hire this company.
