I rented a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom two story house with Wolverine Property Management (Modesto) this last year, although I only managed to stay for a year, I was very satisfied. While renting for a few months, I noticed the back fence was falling over and I called them, they got on it right away within the next few days. When I moved out I tried my best to clean the house and leave it the way it was before living there. I was suprised when I saw that I got almost all my security deposit back. Kristine Moffet that was taking care of the property was very understanding and was a great help. I will be happy to rent from them agian!!\r
