My mother-in-law has spent time in Newcastle Place on more than one occasion over the course of several years. The first time was by happenstance. The rest of the times have been by choice. She went there after her hip replacement surgeries. She is now working on her mobility. She has been treated lovingly, respectfully, and professionally each time. The staff goes out of their way to make her comfortable, communicate with us, and alleviate any of her discomforts. We could not be more grateful for their smiling faces, kind attitudes, and cheerful interactions with her. They truly go out of their way. This place is a godsend and we are incredibly grateful.
