Awful! Terrible neighbors, ammenities that are listed on the lease do not exist- like laundry facilities, huge stray cat problem, dangerous ""playground"" with cat feces in the sand, and the lot rent just keeps going up! The rules here only seem to apply to some people. This place is terrible and I would definitely not reccomend it to anyone!
