The service department does a great job, I can schedule my appts and everyone is friendly. My only problem is that when service is done and they come and get me from the waiting are, no one reviews what was done (or verifies). You go straight to the cashier and pay. It would be nice if someone came out and I had the opportunity to ask questions if needed.
