I have been using this cleaners for alterations for a few years without a complaint, that is until now. I took 2 pairs of jeans in for alterations and both pairs were hemmed about 3 inches too short. When I spoke to the owner she insisted that is was MY fault, there was no way it could be a mistake on their part. She refused to even offer to reimburse me for the cost of the alterations, let alone the cost of the jeans. Alltogether my trip to this business cost me $123.00. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else to have your work done, because they don't care about their customers or stand behind their work.
